This project stands out as a significant achievement in my portfolio. It involved sourcing and casting individuals of Indian Singaporean/PR backgrounds who possessed both the ability to naturally speak in a Tamil accent and demonstrate decent acting skills for roles depicting migrant workers. This specific requirement considerably narrowed down the talent pool. Despite facing tight deadlines, I utilised various networking channels, including reaching out to acquaintances from my academic network and conducting street casting, to successfully fulfill the casting needs of the project.

I also facilitated the identification and securing of a suitable filming location that met safety standards and aligned with the director's vision. This involved coordinating with multiple construction site owners/managing directors and successfully obtaining filming permission.

Lastly, I procured Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for both the talents and the crew, specifically for use during production.
